i've dled it and put it on powerISO and got to the actual instalation of the game. it asks what language i want to install it in and after i select english it says, could not retrieve version number...
any ideas?

The game downloaded and work perfectly, but i cant hear any voices, i can hear voices that people say in the game world but when some1 pops up on the screen to say soemthing i dont hear it..

its installed everything n it comes to a screen saying something JPN and for me to hit any key to continue, well i hit any key and it exits that screen and does nothing. I open the folder in program files and the file inside is completely fucked like whenever i try opening it it wants to delete itself.. im not really a techy so a lot of stuff is confusing for me :S i really dont want to be a bother, but i love this game haha

I installed the whole game.. then it downloaded the update.. then is said that the version number could not be found. And when i try to run the game it says "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_36.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

downloaded really fast, installed perfectly, ran the first update but the second one doesnt install. u can still play the game single player but no multiplayer. good upload.

Does this work for Win7 64 bit? I followed your instructions to install, but after the 4 DOS extractions, I get to a screen that says something about JPN and to press any key, afterwhich nothing happens. When I try to run the game using the shortcut on the desktop, a warning appears saying the Install Shield cannot load because some .dll file is missing and that re-installing may fix the problem. When I redo the install, the same problem occurs.
Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, and I don't see a cracked executable in your image file. Just your nfo, your setup file, and 3 setup .bin files. Maybe it's the crack that I need?

nvm, I figured it out. Had to adjust compatibility mode a little.

And I couldn't install the game from the autoplay dialogue box since the setup.exe is not run as an admin that way. I had to browse to the setup.exe in the image file on the virtual drive, and choose to run as admin there. That made all the difference.

Just in case other 64bit Win7 users have a similar problem....
